His primary attack style is melee, however, the other two Dagannoth Kings – Prime and Supreme – use Ranged and Magic respectively. Waterbirth Dungeon Notes – In order to get through the first section of the Waterbirth Dungeon, there is a stone door which requires two players to stand on two separate triggers. If you are alone, you can use a ‘pet rock’ instead of a second player – which can be acquired from The Fremennik Trials quest.

The next section of the Waterbirth Dungeon requires you to use the special attack of a Rune thrownaxe.
