No 4 And 10 Craps Strategy

THE ULTIMATE CRAPS STRATEGY GUIDE. There is nothing quite like Craps, especially at a hot table where Craps players are winning together. The camaraderie that goes with playing toward a common goal makes Craps the most social game in an offline or online casino, and the cheers, high fives and rowdiness when the shooter makes it clear that the players are having fun. The three ways that a ten can be rolled are 4 & 6 (soft), 6 & 4 (soft) and 5 & 5 (hard). By betting on the hard ten you reduce your possible loss due to the ten rolling from 3 in 36 to 2 in 36.

So I am going to Vegas in a few weeks and I would love to try out a new system. I was thinking about '41 No Ten'. Buy the 10 (or the 4 take your pick) for $41 per standard craps rules. Then place $22 inside (along with buying my number) AFTER the point was established. After three roles I would take down my $22 inside and let the 41 No Ten ride hoping for that 7? Any thoughts? Suggestions? Has anyone has success with this?
Thanks!

It took me a while to figure out what you meant.
Per standard rules, you can BUY the 10 (or 4) for $42, not $41.
I can only assume that '41 No Ten' means that you're LAYING the 10 (or 4), for $41 ($40 bet plus $1 vig) with the expectation of collecting $20 if a 7 appears before the 10 (or 4).
StrategyAs far as an opinion goes, it's no better or worse than any other strategy. You'll have success if you're lucky, regardless of whatever strategy is used.

I've done similar: 3 green pays for $50 + 1 no ten (they'll usually let you go to $50 on $1 vig) and the rest is $12 each 6 and 8. If a 7 shows it's a wash (if the bet stays up) -- though it usually takes the dealer a time or two to figure it out.
At any rate, I'd say that the way you're playing it won't get you very far. What I'd do is wait for two hits on the 6 or 8, then take down the no-10 and start pressing the 6/8. You might want to wait for 3 hits if you've got more numbers covered, but definitely don't take your bets down and wait for a 7. That's a grind. Go for the big win by pressing.

If there were a way to beat craps, it would have been done long ago...
I tried a similar strategy, $120 no 10/4 ($60 on each) with $44 inside and $12 on the hard ways 4/10 ($6 each)
It's not a good grind...if its a shitty table, its a shitty table.

A New Year and your first post is not very pretty.
Let's be more specific and make sure you write out exactly the points you want to get across.
First a NO TEN then Buy the 10?
Too much thinking hurts my brain, do you suffer as I?
I say to prepare yourself for these shooter rolls.
Come out roll: 10
2nd roll: 7 out.
or
Come out roll: 10
2nd roll: 3
3rd roll: 7 out.
Can you handle that?
Bankroll wise?
You are making 3 bets with house edges.
There are way better bets on a Craps table. And
Hope you have a big enough bankroll
Good Luck

Ouch.

No 4 And 10 Craps Strategy Strategies

I say it is worse than many others. It also depends on what you are after. Win Big or bust, or play forever with a $100 buy-in?
There are many better strategies than the one OP has suggested.
Just flat betting the pass line is one.
The pass line with single odds is another.
My brain hurts thinking.

You'll have success if you're lucky, regardless of whatever strategy is used.

What does 'success' mean?
By making the 'odds bet' in Craps you need less luck in your favor to overcome the house edge and end up even or ahead for any specific playing session.
This is a simple fact.
Of course it is not that simple.
It does require more than just a few bets.
You also need the proper bankroll to match your average bet.
Off to the Craps table.
Enjoy!

No 4 And 10 Craps StrategyAgainstIf I recall correctly, this is a pattern pushed in a 'John Patrick' video. As soon as you start hedging (betting the hardway to cover your 'No Ten'), it devolves into a sloppy mess that cannot take advantage of any repeaters without diluting the wins with losses.

My best session came from just playing pass with 3/4/5 and doubling after every successive point ($5 -> $10 -> $20 -> $40 -> $80 -> $160)
